“Governo all’Uso Toscano”, which is a fascinating traditional method based on the slow refermentation of the freshly drawn wine with selected grapes and dried in the Fruttaio. The result is a wine with an intense, rich, structured, unique and pleasantly inviting character and, why not, "pimp".
FOOD PAIRINGS
Perfect accompaniment for roasted red meats and aged cheeses.
HOW TO SERVE
In medium-sized goblets.
Uncork one hour before serving, at a temperature of 18°C.
